Training & Coaching

Our group coaching sessions are an excellent way to fine-tune your freestyle technique, strength, speed and endurance while in a small group setting

You will notice progress immediately, even within the first session in all aspects of your swimming. Our main focus is on technique as that allows you to get the most out of your swimming.

If you are able to swim at least 100m of freestyle and want to improve your speed and stamina then these sessions are for you.

These sessions can be purchased in packages of 5, 10, or 15 sessions. If you would prefer a drop in session, we offer these as well
